This retreat holiday is an opportunity to take time out from day to day in order to slow down, shift perspective, review and recharge.

Reflections is a dance retreat is taught by Alain Allard and Sarah Pitchford who are experienced and inspirational teachers of the 5 rhythms dance practice. It is held in the very special retreat centre Finca Argayall, www.argayall.com with trips on the ocean to see the dolphins.

Each participant will receive a 40 minute one on one session with Alain for conversation, consultation, movement or a mixture of all 3. There will be 5 rhythms dance sessions every day, bodywork, sunbathing, siestas and dolphin watching boat trips.

It is possible to take afternoon boat trips to meet the dolphins on the ocean and experience their exuberant play and curiosity. Their world is a celebration of vitality in movement that is free, spontaneous and creative. Observing and sensing the movement and freedom of the dolphins is very liberating and inspires our dance in the studio.
